Zone Garage Edmonton offers the patented ZG-SHIELD® POLYUREA and Polyaspartic garage floor coatings. They are superior to any other products on the market! Our materials are three times more resistant to abrasion than other epoxy flooring and are completely UV resistant, so they never turn yellow. They can be applied throughout the year regardless of weather. This protects your floor from hot tires in a garage setting, as well as almost all common chemicals including calcium, salt, oil, gasoline, and grease.
Our coatings are available in a variety of styles and colors. We can offer one day install on most flake systems for residential applications – and the best part is you can walk on it the same day!

Let us go over some of the steps here with you.
Step 1: Steve our sales manager will come out and give you a free on-site quotation
Step 2: You will decide on a color and the scope of work
Step 3: We will set up a time and date that works for you to get the install done
Step 4: One of our crews will come out to your site and set up and prep the job site
Step 5: They will grind/profile the floor to the standard needed for the material
Step 6: They will put down our patented ZG-SHIELD® POLYUREA basecoat needed for the flake system
Step 7: They will flake right into the basecoat
Step 8: After it has dried, they will scrape and clean the leftover flakes.
Step 9: They will apply our patented ZG-SHIELD® POLYUREA as topcoat
Step 10: Clean up the jobsite and leave the customer with an amazing new floor.

Metallic Floors
Zone Garage Edmonton offers a never-ending selection of colors and design with metallic floor finishes. One of the main selling features with these floors is that each one is completely unique: no one else will have the same design or mix of colours as you. Even if another customer uses the same colors, each floor is one-of-a-kind.
Our metallic flooring uses our unique epoxy system that we add metallic pigments to, in order to create a shimmering finish that is as durable as our standard floors. Almost all metallic epoxies are based on a 2:1 mix ratio but with metallic pigmentation that are implemented during the mixing process, in the application process or both to create different effects in the coating. Choose your own color combinations and the end result is a unique and stunning floor!

The order process is simple. You tell us your preferred set up, choosing from our many options. Our team will ensure it fits and works well in your space. We then place the order with the manufacturer who will make your custom storage pieces. Once the pieces arrive at our warehouse, we pre-assemble the components and deliver them to your space.
